We make Professor Bailey’s Spicy Pimento Cheese, Professor Bailey’s Pimento Cheese Biscuits, and Professor Bailey’s Pimento Cheese Gougeres. Both the biscuits and the gougeres are sold frozen uncooked so that you can have them fresh baked whenever you like. Just take them out of the freezer and pop them into the oven. We have been selling at the HipD farmers market for three seasons now.
